This is the primary intake center. Each participant is given a complete assessment evaluation for proper processing. Many other services are also provided at this facility to include:

1705 Veterans Avenue - Transportation and Maintenance Departments

This facility is the backbone of the entire organization. This facility is responsible for all transportation needs of the participants throughout the course of the day, as well as ensuring that all maintenance needs throughout the entire agency are met.

Residential Living Centers

Located in Vandalia, FAYCO has two residential living centers that are designed to assist the participant in the integration into the community. Many of the basic skills of independent living are covered at these facilities to include, grocery shopping, meal preparation, as well as basic home upkeep. (More Information About Living Centers)

Schram Plaza -Residential Living Center
